Goal: To transform 16 existing high-demand course concepts (in IT, Business, and Entrepreneurship) into AI-powered, neurodiversity-aware, and highly accessible remote learning experiences. We are looking for specialised educators and domain experts to collaborate on design and content development.
At Primary Concepts, we leverage technology (AI, EdTech) to drive measurable learning outcomes (as demonstrated by a 97% increase in compliance and a 92% first-time pass rate in a previous remote training).
We seek partners passionate about the following three domains:
1. Business Innovation & Entrepreneurship
Developing curricula for digital business models, financial optimisation, and remote team management.
AI Focus: Using LLMs for business plan generation, market research simulation, and ethical decision-making case studies
2. Technology & AI
Creating courses on practical IT skills, data analysis, and technical implementation strategies.
AI Focus: Teaching effective prompt engineering, integrating AI into LMS workflows (OneFile, Canvas), and rapid content iteration.
3. Accessible Learning & Neurodiversity
Designing content that adheres to WCAG standards and incorporates tailored instructional strategies for diverse learner needs (drawing on Neurodiversity Coaching expertise).
AI Focus: Customising AI-generated content (tone, complexity, format) for maximum accessibility and engagement.
We are seeking collaborators for two primary roles:
A. Instructional Design & Content Curation
Role: Review and structure the 16 course outlines, mapping learning objectives (ILPs) to assessment criteria.

Ideal Partner: PGCE/Training qualified professionals with a background in curriculum development.
B. AI & EdTech Implementation Specialist
Role: Work with Generative AI tools to rapidly produce and refine course content, quizzes, and simulations.
Deliverables: Prompt engineering templates, quality control reviews for AI-generated text, and integration of new EdTech tools.
Ideal Partner: Individuals with strong technical acumen (BSc Information Systems preferred) and demonstrable experience with modern AI tools.
